C-circumflex

"Ĉ", or "ĉ", is a consonant and letter in the Esperanto orthography. Since each letter in Esperanto has a consistent sound, this letter is always pronounced the same; its sound is represented by [tS] in SAMPA and [ʧ] in IPA.
