Convergence and Unity

Convergence and Unity (Convergència i Unió, CiU) is a political party in Catalonia, Spain.

It is a coalition consisting of Convergència Democràtica de Catalunya and Unió Democràtica de Catalunya. It is seen as conservative nationalist.

It was led by Jordi Pujol until the November 2003 Catalan elections.
