Sponsorship the way you would do it
Decane is a hydrocarbon which contains 10 carbons, and is an alkane. The chemical formula for decane is C10H22.

There are 75 isomers of decane, all of which are flammable liquids. n-Decane, (straight-chain decane), has a melting point of -30°C or -22°F, a boiling point of 174°C or 345°F, and a specific gravity of 0.73. Decane is one of the components of gasoline (petrol). Decane, like other alkanes, is nonpolar and therefore will not dissolve in polar liquids such as water.
