New proposed flag of Serbia and Montenegro

new flag was proposed by the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro in 2003 and is awaiting endorsement by the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro. It will effectively be a superimposition of the two tricolors of Serbia and Montenegro, which are very similar but use two different shades of blue. The new flag will be a tricolor in which the middle blue bar is divided in two, the left-hand portion being the Serbian blue and the right-hand portion being the Montenegrin blue, called plavetna (or "blueish").
