Hans Globke (1898-1973) was a German politician.

He was a minor German official during the Third Reich, and is often attributed with the drafting of the Nuremberg Laws. He was never a member of the Nazi Party, and so escaped purging. He was State Secretary of the Federal Republic of Germany between 1953 and 1963.
