Helgeandsholmen, is a small island in the center of Stockholm, Sweden. The island is directly north of Stadsholmen and the Royal Palace togeather with which it forms the Old town of Stockholm.

A single building stands on the island, which is the building of the Swedish parliament, the Riksdag. The name Helgeandsholmen is a corruption of "Den helige andes holme", meaning "The Islet of the Holy Spirit".
