Laurentian mountains
The Laurentian mountains (French: Laurentides) are a mountain range in southern Quebec, Canada, north of the St. Lawrence River and Ottawa rivers, it rises to 960.8 metres (3,150 feet). The Gatineau, L'Assomption, Lièvre, Montmorency, and St. Maurice rise in lakes in this region.
One of the better-known mountains is Mont Tremblant, a ski resort.
