Mixture

A mixture is a combination of two or more chemicals, in which the chemicals retain their identity.

Separation of mixtures is the separation of the elements of a mixture. There are many principles that can be applied and they each have their strengths and weaknesses.

A mixture is also a special kind of pipe organ stop which has several pipes to each note. Its pipes usually sound harmonics of the note.
