Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle

The Muséum national d'histoire naturelle is the French museum of natural history. It is situated within the 5ème arrondissement, Paris in the Jardin des Plantes.

The museum was founded on 10 June 1793. It is made up of four galleries: the Grande Galerie de l'Evolution, the Mineralogy Museum, the Paleontology Museum and the Entomology Museum.
