The Nilo-Saharan languages form a group of African languages. In particular they are spoken in the upper parts of the Chari and Nile rivers, including Nubia.

According to the Ethnologue, they are classified into the following branches:

They consider the Shabo language to be Nilo-Saharan, but otherwise unclassified.
