Nontrinitarian

Nontrinitarian or antitrinitarian beliefs concerning God deny that God is a Trinity. These terms have no meaning except in contrast to the Christian doctrine of God as agreed upon by six of the seven ecumenical councils of the Church. As such, these terms do not positively describe the views of those who hold them, but rather distinguish the view from the understanding of God which has been traditionally associated with Christianity.
