Opsterland
Opsterland (population: 28,816) is a municipality in the northern Netherlands, in the province of Friesland. The municipality covers an area of 227.56 km² (of which 2.65 km² water).The municipality of Opsterland consists the following towns, villages and townships: Bakkeveen, Beetsterzwaag, Frieschepalen, Gorredijk, Hemrik, Jonkerslân, Langezwaag, Lippenhuizen, Luxwoude, Nij Beets, Olterterp, Siegerswoude, Terwispel, Tijnje, Ureterp, Wijnjewoude.
