Sandoz Laboratories

Sandoz Laboratories was a Swiss pharmaceutical company, best known for inventing LSD in 1938 and later marketing it as a psychiatric miracle drug under the trade name Delysid. Sandoz later merged with CIBA-Geigy to form Novartis.
