St. John's Northwestern Military Academy

Sponsorship the way you would do it
Originally St. John's Military Academy, the school was founded in Delafield, WI in 1884 by Dr. Sidney T. Smythe. Dr. Smythe saw a need for a strong preparatory school for boys to prepare them for college and life. Originally only a high school (grades 9-12), grades seven and eight were added after WWII. In 1995, St. John's merged with the former Northwestern Military and Naval Academy in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin (now closed), and formed St. John's Northwestern Military Academy. Still located on the original site in Delafield, WI, St. John's is today one of the largest, oldest and most prestigious boys-only military high schools in the United States.
