Swilly

This is a very rough council estate in Plymouth, that has come to be known as a "dumping ground for problem families". Although small, (it consists of only one street) it is notorious. Recently its name was euphamistically changed to "North Prospect", in rather the same way that the name of Windscale nuclear power plant was re named Sellafield after a near reactor meltdown.
