Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a publisher, developer, and distributor of video and computer games. The company's headquarters are in New York City and has offices in several countries.

Their Grand Theft Auto series includes and Grand Theft Auto 3, the top two video games of 2002. Both games are sequels to earlier Rockstar releases, Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2. was announced in production on March 1, 2004. There is also a lesser known expansion to GTA1, GTA London 1969. Other games Take-Two has published include Max Payne, Manhunt, Smuggler's Run and Midnight Club.

The company publishes games under the names "Rockstar Games", "Gathering", "Joytech" and "Global Star."
