Tielt
Tielt is a municipality in the province of West Flanders, in Flanders, one of the three regions of Belgium. The municipality comprises the city of Tielt proper and the towns of Aarsele, Kanegem and Schuiferskapelle. On January 1st, 2000 Tielt had a total population of 19,208 (9,513 males and 9,695 females). The total area is 69.21 km² which gives a population density of 277.53 inhabitants per km².
