Vascular

Vascular is an adjective for the word vessel and refers to tube-like structures.

In Zoology, more specifically anatomy and physiology, "vascular" means "related to blood vessels". An organ or tissue that is vascularized is heavily endowed with blood vessels and thus richly supplied with blood.

In Botany, vascular plants are plants with a dedicated fluid or water transport system of tracheids. Non-vascular plants include mosses and algae, while vascular plants include ferns, conifers and flowering plants.
