Watts Humphrey

A luminary in the world of software. Wrote the book Capability Maturity Model and Managing the Software Process, member of the Software Engineering Institute(SEI). Humphrey was a VP at IBM. Founded the Software Process program in SEI. Introduced the disciplines of Personal Software Process(PSP) and Team Software Process(TSP). The Watts Humphrey Software Quality Institute in Chennai, India is named after him.
