The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong) is one of two Special Administrative Regions (SARs) of the People's Republic of China (the other is Macau).Hong Kong is divided into 3 vital parts:

Hong Kong belongs to sub-tropical area. It has monsoon wind. It is cool and wet in winter (Jan-Mar), hot and rainy from spring through summer (Apr-Sep), and warm,sunny and dry in the autumn (Oct - Dec). The rainy season is from May to September. In summer and early autumn, there is a frequent threat of typhoons.
There are 17 days in all: the beginning of year, Lunar New Year(3 days), Ching Ming Festival, Easter(3 days), Labour Day, Birthday of Buddhas, Dragon Boat Festival, 1st July(HKSAR Day), the next day of Mid-Autumn Festival, 1st Oct National Day, Chung Yeung Festival and Christmas(2 days).
