Paris is the biggest city in France, and is the French capital city (where the government is based). The River Seine runs through Paris. 2 million people live in Paris, and 11 million people live around Paris (suburbs). The most famous buildings in the city are the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.
